These bonnets are made to fit orbital machines with plates or thin pads. When fitting the bonnets over a foam buff pad, keep in mind it has to fit over both the diameter and the thickness of the foam buff pad. Typically, the next bonnet size up will fit over the foam buff pad. For example, when fitting a bonnet over a 6" foam buff pad, the 7"-8" bonnet will be needed. Please reference the picture illustrating the size differences.
